NARESH B. WADHWA

Founder & CEO

Mr. Naresh B Wadhwa is the founder and CEO of Varz Buildon. He is a recognised industry leader with 28 years experience in running large and complex businesses. In his previous assignment he was the President and Country Manager of Cisco Systems for India and SAARC region. He is also the President at the V Raheja group and is Advisory Board member at Sonata Software and Strategy Advisor at Arista Networks.

VINAY RAJPAL

Director

Vinay has over 17 years of work experience across technology, banking and real estate. Vinay started his career as a technical and business consultant with Intentia, a Swedish software company which boasts multiple Fortune 500 clients across Asia & Europe. Subsequently, Vinay worked at Deutsche Bank where he was responsible for building the carbon trading desk in India.

BHAVIN SHETH

CTO

Mr. Bhavin Sheth has 22 years of global experience successfully leading software product development initiatives in top technology companies such as BEA-Oracle and Cisco as well as early stage start-ups. His most recent engagement was to lead development of an S+CC (IoT) platform for Cisco as part of Cisco's Smart Cities (IoT) initiative. He is currently engaged in advising early stage start-ups in India on strategy and technology.
